A week at home!

We're getting into the swing of things at home...Tommy loves his Grandma Jane who has been a huge help to all of us this week! Pat is back to work, consuming roughly one bucket of coffee during the morning commute...
Here at the homestead, I've enjoyed showering every day (what a luxury...thanks, Jane!), discussing the upcoming Olympic favorites with Tommy, and introducing him to the many seating options available throughout the house....i.e. cradle, moses basket, swing, bouncy seat. Since he is accustomed to running around the OR with me whilst in the womb, he understandably prefers constant motion.
The "nursery"!
Thank goodness Grandma's here!!

'Ole Dad's back to work...on the snowiest day on record in Chicago.

Sarah and Ali brought SUGAR for the Superbowl...evil.

Cousins Shea and Maeve prepping for babysitting in near (?) future.

Chillin' in the swing...dino legs crossed, holding his own nuk. Clearly advanced for age.

A heart-to-heart with big brother Gus...this thing really is here to stay.

  1. Oh how I LOVE the Blog posts...
Little Tommy is a GENIUS no doubt. I think there have been studies showing a direct relationship of crossing legs while holding pacifier with not only great academic stength but, amazing athletic abilities.
The Morris kiddos seem to love their new little cousin. How adorable!
    Love to all,
