It was a fun weekend in Michigan where Tommy flirted with all the ladies at a wonderful shower hosted by our friends Jill, Melissa and Erika.
Sarah came in from Detroit and served as our expert photographer, but actually stepped in front of the camera for a change. Tommy was smiling like crazy- he's got the hots for her.
Robin had the magic touch- he even dosed off in her arms, making me wonder what she had slipped into his pacifier? This kid
never sleeps in
my arms!
Erika's a pro at burping. Ha.
Jess is a pro at new positions. Haha. This one really works!
Julie read from the fortune teller's birthday book, and apparently being born on February 3rd makes one prone to commitment issues, alternative lifestyles, and gambling problems. Tommy will supposedly be attentive to detail, but lack punctuality and originality. This news nearly brought me to tears...my son is going to be a gambling pimp?!
The LHS ladies came from near and far...so good to see them and soak up some mommy advice.

Pam called me out on not reading the card, so she had to read it to me. As a mother of 2 boys, she insists a wee-wee sponge is a must-have at the changing table. I'll keep you updated, Pam.
Tommy has recently discovered his tongue- so cute, but so rude.
After the shower, we headed to the cabin to see the House family and introduce Tommy to Aunt Chels who was home from MSU. We were all smiles because we didn't play 18 holes in the windy, 40 degree weather. Won't be long and Tommy will be out there with the guys!
Tommy is infatuated with ceiling fans...probably because it reminds him of the roulette table.
Greatest Grandma ALMOST got him to sleep without the aide of a swing or pacifier, which is a challenge I would never take on!
Back to work in a week! Yikes!
