"Go outside?!"

With the unseasonably warm weather, these are the first and last words we hear out of Tommy's mouth each day.  During breakfast, lunch, and dinner.......mouth full of food......"GO OUTSIDE!?"  Lucky for him, his parents share his love of the outdoors.  We've been pretty bad lately with the blog updates, so I just wanted to throw some quick pics up.

Margot seems to enjoy her new found freedom, finally experiencing the grass as a mobile human.

Below, Jen helps Tommy get reacquainted with one of the highlights from Christmas, which has been locked away in the basement waiting for the weather to turn.  "Two adults needed to supervise" should be on the warning label.  Logistics to this are still being fine tuned by Mom and Dad.  Getting Tommy off of this thing to go inside is a little tricky, but for some reason he's been very accepting of "uh oh, it's out of batteries" for now.  He'll figure us out soon enough, but we're enjoying it while it lasts.

This photo was taken on March 17th, a full 60 days earlier than last year's bloom.  We have apparently shattered all the warm weather records here in the midwest.

Every now and then his parents get tired of the same old routine around the neighborhood, and so we recently discovered that the local mall has a train for the kids.  If they'd let him, he would ride this thing all day long.  Thankfully the nice lady has a lollipop waiting for him at the end of the ride, or else I'm fairly sure he'd never step foot off the "yeddow" train.

Lots of new and exciting things to come in the ensuing weeks and months, and we'll do our best to keep up with the latest.
