Friends new and old

We've been lucky to meet some great families as we settle in TVC- turns out many of the anesthesia folks live crazy lives with toddlers like we do!  Hooray!  We were excited to join a few of them for a backyard cool-down on yet another awesome summer day.

I wish I would have caught little toe-headed Mara working her magic on Tommy.  She became more interested in the lens cap when it dropped in front of her.

We went to Crystal this weekend for the "concert in the park", which unfortunately got moved indoors due to rain.  That didn't stop the kids from enjoying the rainbow that followed!  Grandma Mary is smiling down on us.

The Hughes twins stopped by today and the yard was a traffic jam with all of the vehicles in motion.

I had to take a few off-roading to avoid further road-rage.

We need a traffic light!

Yet another great meal out tonight- this time at the Jolly Pumpkin at one of the local vineyards.  It was unexpectedly pleasant despite the mean age at the table being 17.2 years.  Tommy finally agreed to smile on command...we'll have to work on this before his wedding.

It was hard to catch Margot without a mouthful...clean plate club!
