Expanded Family

As St Patrick Day approaches, everyone in the Chicago declares themselves "Chi-rish", which is exactly what we did this weekend. Uncle Joe (true blood Irish) and Aunt Katie threw a killer party on Saturday night for hundreds of their closest friends (complete with a signature drink appropriately named "the angry leprechaun"). Pat and I enjoyed the festivities for awhile (no Gary-friendly festivities, as it turned out...) and then brought the redheaded cousins back to our house for Tommy's first sleepover!
As you can tell, it was easy to get some good pics because they were never more than a few inches apart for most of the morning. This one's blurry because they were on the moooooove!

I'm a horrible mom for grabbing the camera, but I had to document the first bloodshed. Here's the fat lip after a faceplant directly into the corner of, you guessed it, the wagon. SOOOOOO sad!
